The Naval port of Simons Town situated around hour away from Gordons Bay is a quaint coastal town famous for its colonial Cape Dutch architecture as well as being home to Boulders Beach and the Jackass penguins.
Located behind Gordons Bay Guesthouse in the Hottentot Holland mountains is a national park and Steenbras Dam offering breathtaking views across false bay and beyond. There is a plethora of flora, fauna and wildlife in the area.
The botanical garden in Kirstenbosch, around 25 minutes away, is home to an excess of 13,000 varying types of fynbos and plays host to a number of concerts in the Summer
